Married Life

So I am now a married man, and so far so good. It definitely helps that Shayla and I had lived together for over a year before our wedding, so not much has really changed for us after the wedding. We're still one very happy couple... but now we're married. Shayla has, for the most part, gotten her name legally changed on almost everything now.

Our focus has really turned to our house. We've been landscaping, rearranging, and looking for other ways we want to customize our house to fit our style. It is surprisingly fun, but at the same time it is a lot of work. But the main thing is that we both really enjoy it.

Another thing going on right now is Marty's move from Cincinnati to Chicago. He's felt that he has needed a change in his life for awhile, so now that an opportunity has presented itself he has decided to take it. Let's all hope it works out well for him.
